They need to bring:
- £5 cash for their breakfast and dinner on Saturday
- A packed lunch for Saturday and any other snacks they may need
- A sleeping bag (just in case there’s time for a snooze)
- Wash kit and change of clothes
Please eat before you come on Friday. There will be no food provided on Friday night but there will be an unlimited supply of tea, coffee and squash!
We will be rehearsing, planning and designing in the Scout Room all night and into Saturday morning. Breakfast will be provided at 7.30am and then the explorers will be sent out to gather their costumes and they MUST return to the Scout Room by 9.45am (so expect some early morning visitors!!).
We will continue rehearsing in the Scout Room until we have access to the hall at 1.30pm. Then we will move to the hall and continue.
Dinner will be at 5.30pm in the Scout Room.
DOORS OPEN AT 7.15PM AND THE SHOW STARTS AT 7.30PM.
We think the show will be over by 8.30pm and then the Explorers will be expected to help clear up both in the hall and the Scout Room. They will probably be able to go home by 10.00pm.
