Dear Supporter of Ecclesall Scout Group
2014 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE
20TH SHEFFIELD (ECCLESALL CHURCH) SCOUT GROUP
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 21s October at 8.15pm in the Scout Room at Ecclesall.
This is expected to be a short formal meeting to approve the annual accounts, the nomination and appointment of the committee, and a brief report on the running of the Group from the Sheffield Hallam District Commissioner. There will also be a review of our sections’ activities during 2013-14.
Most leaders will be present and available to discuss the section programmes. Please show your support for the leaders who give up hundreds of hours to look after your children – they do appreciate the chance to meet and talk to parents, and will be pleased to answer your questions.
Ecclesall Scouts is run by a dedicated group of leaders supported by a committee of parent volunteers.
The Committee are looking for new members to help at group events such as the annual bonfire display and attend approx three group planning meetings each year. If you feel you are able to help and support the group in this way please make yourself known at the meeting or contact me by e- mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
I look forward to seeing you all at the meeting.
