Info for Parents
Congratulations on joining the 20th Sheffield (All Saints) Scout Group & I look forward to the parents taking an active part in this successful Scout Group. Please do get in touch & start with sending us an email so we have your email address.
Volunteering: From time to time we need help with transport, fund raising, painting etc. Please let us know if you can help.
It’s your Group. All that is needed is occasional help at events – the more people we have, the wider we can spread the load !

Communication
Our first choice for distribution of information is via email. Please will you send an email to membership@20th.org.uk so that we get your email address as soon as possible. Please state your name, contact details and your son’s/daughter’s name and date of birth. If your son/daughter has an email address, please give us this one as well.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your contact details, especially to your email address.
Web Site
Programmes, letters and other info is available via our web site www.20th.org.uk. You need to be registered with the website before you can view / download programmes. This may take up to 48 hours so don’t leave it till the last minute ! Why not do it now ! This is to protect the privacy of your child.
Church Parade
As part of the church, it is expected that all Scouts will make every effort to attend Church Parade as listed in the programme. Meet at the Scout room 10.45am. Parents are welcome to attend the service also.
Parking Please do not park, wait or drop off on the double yellow lines on Ringinglow Road – especially don’t block the entrance. This creates a danger for all trying to cross the road. Why not try walking your child to the meeting ?
Please do not park or wait in your car in the car park next to the Scout Room. It is not safe to have car movements with so many young people around.
You are encouraged to come into the Scout Room at the end of meetings to meet the leaders and get further information on events etc. So either walk and come in, or park legally and come in !
Chris Staves , Group Chairman.
